Administrative Assistant - Real Estate, Title, Financial Services

Location: Downtown Minneapolis, MN
Type: Contract-to-Hire | Pay: $23-$25/hr | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM


Position Summary

We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to provide office support, customer service, and document management in a professional office environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in real estate transactions, title processing, banking operations, or closing coordination.


Responsibilities

  • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Support clients, attorneys, and financial planners during transactions
  • Prepare documents, perform data entry, and maintain accurate files
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, scanning, and electronic filing
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure an organized workspace
  • Provide general administrative support across the team

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of administrative support, office assistant, or customer service experience
  • Prior experience in real estate, title, banking, or closing coordination strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
  • Excellent communication skills via phone and email
  • Ability to thrive in a small team environment
